Animation staff made my child feel welcome.

Booked double room with a safe, a sofa bed and central heating. It was spotless, comfy bed, slept good. Greatly enjoyed the location in the region. And we were short walk to Marrakesh, the centre and restaurant. Had a really really nice stay on vacation and would come back for sure.

Location: the hotel was not far from the Medina of Marrakech, Marrakech city centre and Marrakech...

I enjoyed my stay, especially the quality dining options and lively entertainment each evening. however, some toiletries could have been better. Definitely consider returning!

The staff were excellent, Taking special care of my son while we enjoyed our meals. The food was diverse. I still dream of the Moroccan dishes we tried.

Rooms are clean, entertainment staff like Mr Ziko keep the vibe positive. The pool area needs more kids activities. Not enough to keep them engaged. Great food options at the snack bar by the pool. Couldn't find a sunbed at busy times.

The staff were friendly and accommodating while the hotel's location makes it easy to reach amazing places like La Palmeraie, just a short drive away, and the Museum of African Contemporary Art Al Maaden.

The hotel boasts beautiful and well-maintained areas, providing easy accessibility for seniors. The lobby and dining areas are spacious and cute, which significantly enhanced my overall experience.

Wi-Fi connection could be improved for seniors' use.

Very nice staff, amazing service, with attentive housekeeping that ensured my room was pristine and an amazing air conditioning system that kept me cool in the sweltering heat, amazing location just 12 km from the airport, making my travel very convenient.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good, like, they had this big selection of non-alcoholic drinks, every morning was a delight.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the quality just about justified it.

The pool area has a lively vibe, perfect for lounging after a long day. The snack bar by the pool serves a decent variety of bites to fuel up between swims.

The on-site shop is your only option for purchases, and it's overpriced. The check-in process is disorganized, and it took a while to get everything sorted. If you're sensitive to sound, beware of the thin walls. You might hear a toddler squawking at the crack of dawn. Ants can be a nuisance, as a stay in one room meant constant visits from housekeeping to deal with them. The facilities could use a thorough cleaning-they only changed the bedding and didn't address stinky drains, a bit off-putting.

The food impressed, especially the grilled vegetables, offering a good variety that pleased even our picky child. Staff members showcased their friendly nature, particularly in the kids club. The room cleanliness left something to be desired, with issues like lazy housekeeping. The on-site shop had inflated prices, and the pool area could benefit from more activities for children.

The room was reasonably large and huge. the bar served a variety of meals for breakfast. - the staff were very helpful and attentive. - the location was great.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, the rooms are newly renovated and very clean with a nice touch of roses, and there's a snack bar available on-site.

The location of this venue was great, it was conveniently close to the center and our double room had useful amenities like an electronic key card, cable channels, and a writing table.
